Metrolinx appears to have removed the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE) Initial Business Case from it's online resources and materials. This document shows that Metrolinx has planned for fully tunnelling the entire extension and that it provides the best outcomes for liveable and sustainable communities. The STOP has regularly used this document to counter misleading statements by Metrolinx and to challenge the information they have since provided to the community.
